great story, Chris. i love the imagery of the multiple Angelas hanging around each other. very assured prose, too. was a little short for my taste but perfect for online reading. congrats!
Beautiful story. I love this line the most, "She has vague memories--memories left over from the Angela in bed--of sex being incredible, spicy and full of musk and time stretching out like taffy" Absolutely gorgeous imagery. You write how I wish I could :)

Excellent story, dood. I like the clipped, detached style you used here. Very hip.
This story is a perfect example of slipstream. The multiple Angelas can be seen as a fantastic element, but they're never explained, so their presence is just...bizarre. Plus, this was published in a "mainstream" journal.
On another note: Pindeldyboz has some of the funniest submission guidelines I've ever seen. I sent them a story just because of that.
