Best of luck. I just spent two whole months rewriting the first three chapters of my YA novel. I'm praying the rest of the novel goes much more quickly.
Best of luck to you too! Rewriting my first novel took a while for me, and actually I think there is still rewriting I want to do in it. I just reached a point where my agent said move on to the next one, this is good, and if there's anything we need to do it, we'll do it. But just move on to what you need to write next.
Do you find rewriting easier or harder than initial drafting? I've had times where it was harder, and times where it was easier. I guess it depends on whatever manuscript I was revising. But sometimes a writer consistently likes one process over the other.

Congratulations. How many more chapters to go?
Thanks Lauren. I have three left to write. But one of them is sort of longish in my mind. So probably about 100 pages left to write. Give or take.
